Canadian National Youth Climbing Team Statik is once again proud to work with Competition Climbing Canada as the official clothing sponsor of the Canadian National Youth Climbing Team 2006/ 2007. Competition Climbing Canada/Competition d'Escalade Canada (CEC) is the governing body for competition climbing in Canada and is a non-geographic Section of the Alpine Club of Canada (CEC members are members of the ACC). The CEC is run by volunteers from across the country and is comprised of Open and Youth Divisions. The CEC is the only sanctioning body for competition climbing in Canada recognized by UIAA Climbing. Competitive Youth or Open Membership in the CEC is required when representing Canada at Internationally sanctioned competitions.
